ACE Aviation Holdings, Inc. is the parent and holding company of Air Canada, which has 36,000 employees. Originally, this airline was wholly owned as a government Subsidiary, it is now a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE).

As a full-service Airline, Air Canada is the world?s 13th largest air carrier, ranking 7th largest in North America (2002 industry ranking). Air Canada also operates ?Tango?, a low fare airline serving the United States and Canada, ?Zip,? another low fare carrier, and Air Canada Jazz, a regional carrier. Air Canada serves 700 destinations in 100 Countries, with Aeroplan-Air Canada?s frequent flyer program, available to and from all of them.

In 1994, Air Canada won the license and rights to serve the Japanese market with service to Osaka?s Kansai International Airport.
