  • Nankai rapi:t is the fastest train to Namba (the main tourist and entertainment district), taking about 34 minutes. All seats are reserved. Trains run roughly every 30 minutes. A slower, unreserved Nankai Airport Express also runs to Namba in about 45 to 50 minutes at a lower fare.
  • JR Haruka is the best option for Umeda/Osaka Station (about 45 minutes), Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen (about 50 minutes) or Kyoto (about 75 minutes). Runs roughly every 30 minutes. Covered by the Japan Rail Pass.
  • JR Rapid is a slower, unreserved JR service to Osaka Station in about 65 to 70 minutes. Cheaper than the Haruka and runs every 20 minutes or so.
  • Limousine buses run from the arrivals level to major hotels and transport hubs including Umeda in about 60 minutes. Subject to highway traffic.

If you have a Japan Rail Pass, use it on the Haruka. The pass does not cover Nankai services. Pick up an ICOCA IC card at the airport for easy travel on the metro, local trains and buses once you reach the city.
