Alterations/Refunds and Cancellations of bookings
NOTE: This section only applies to tickets/bookings made on iwantthatflight.com.au. If you make a purchase through another site after visiting iwantthatflight.com.au or through a site that advertises on iwantthatflight.com.au, then this section does not apply and you should contact the site that you purchased your goods from. Eg: If you book and pay for a Qantas flight on the Qantas website after finding the flight on iwantthatflight.com.au, then you should contact Qantas if you would like to alter the booking.

In the case of changes or cancellations, the following service fees will be charged:
Domestic airfare: Minimum $33 per person plus airline fee
International airfare: Minimum $55 per person plus airline fee
Domestic land arrangement: Minimum $33 per person plus supplier fee
International land arrangement: Minimum $55 per person plus supplier fee
Where documents and tickets have been issued, changes can only be made if airline and supplier conditions permit. Most discounted international airfares do not allow changes to the original outbound date of departure, and most discounted domestic airfares do not allow changes to be made on the day of departure of any pre-booked flights. Please check fare rules at the time of booking.
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time, but will have to pay the following cancellation fees from the amount refunded by the supplier.
Domestic airfare: Minimum $55 per person plus airline fee
International airfare: Minimum $110 per person plus airline fee
Domestic land arrangement: Minimum $55 per person plus supplier fee
International land arrangement: Minimum $110 per person plus supplier fee
In addition to the above service fees, if you paid for your travel arrangements by credit card, the following credit card merchant fees will be levied against the amount refunded by the supplier.
MasterCard and Visa: 1.7%
American Express: 3.5%
